If your booking date changes, or new guidelines mean you need to change your act, we’ll amend your booking for free (unless stated below).

We at HD Events understand the effects Covid-19 has had on the events industry. Rest assured, if your booking is affected by government restrictions, we will be completely flexible to your requirements.

If your booking needs to be postponed due to restrictions implemented by the government, we will work with your band to transfer your booking to a different date.

Unless bookings are moved from off-peak to peak times (e.g. a Thursday to a Saturday), there will be no fee for this amendment.

Similarly, if you find that your chosen act is no longer available on your new date, we will find a similar, suitable band at the same price for no charge.
